Versatile Products for the Food Industry
CK Safety is introducing a NEW Series of Viticulture products. These
products are not only for the manufacturing of wine and olives, but are
designed for the handling and processing for the entire fruit and vegetable
industry. In fact, these products are so versatile the applications are onlylimited by your imagination.

The versatile, durable, and uniquely designed UniFork & UniRake are ideal
for food handling, gardening and other general purposes. Both tools are
easy to clean, rust proof, lightweight and easy to handle. Both shafts are
reinforced with fiberglass core and the handle’s screws threads are bonded
to the blade for additional strength. And with all of our tools they are

The UniFork & UniRake have tapered and star-profiled tines to enable easy piercing, gathering and retention of bulk matter. The material-facing surface of the tine is flat, not round, giving these tools superior handling qualities compared to anything else on the market. The curved back of the UniFork aids in removing material from the floor or bottom of the vat and the rear portion of the tines. The UniFork’s blade is overall curved which leads to a high backed scoop arrangement at the rear, which allows a large amount of material to be lifted. The tines effectively perform as a wedge for the material to gather into the rear of the blade. The Tines of the UniRake are reinforced for superior strength and durability. The UniRake has a 6’ handle which increases its versatility
in the workplace.

An additional tool to the Viticulture Series is the Sieve, which is the perfect tool for the straining and lifting of bulk materials from liquids. The Sieve is made of the same high-grade polypropylene and is available in all of the hygiene colors and is available in a standard shaft with D- or T-Grip, an extended shaft with D-Grip or super extended shaft with D-Grip.
